Woven Hearts

The short film “Woven Hearts” is an animation about sacrifice and a sisterly bond. For this project I was responsible for the art direction, character- & prop design, colorscript, PR content, 3D modelling & texturing and animation. I worked together with Sophie Breedeveld (producer, animator & screen writer) and Nikki Zwart (3D generalist, environmental designer & director).

 

The story and its setting were inspired by the Inuit, for which we researched old folklore stories and cultural clothes and weapons from their customs.
